An independent, plain-language project about community health access.

Important. This site is not a clinic, not a government programme and not affiliated with any provider or agency. It offers no medical advice, holds no appointments and processes no applications. For anything concerning your own health, speak to a clinician; for eligibility, contact the programme directly.
The project exists because the information that would help most is scattered: each programme explains itself, nobody explains how they fit together, and the people who need that explanation are the least able to spend a day assembling it.
These pages describe general structure and common obstacles. They avoid specific eligibility figures and local procedures deliberately, because those change frequently and getting them wrong causes real harm.
There is no advertising and no sponsorship. Corrections from people working in community health are welcome.
